Assistant Site Manager – Externals
North London £200 per day CIS Long-term Contract (12 months+, with the potential to extend)
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join one of the UK's leading residential developers on a major flagship regeneration scheme in North London.
Reporting to the Senior Externals Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of the external works across a number of RC frame residential blocks, ensuring packages are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The development comprises seven RC frame residential blocks, with the structural frames and façade packages progressing well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Externals Manager with the day-to-day delivery of external works.
- Managing specialist subcontractors across traditional brickwork, roofing, bolt-on balconies, and hard & soft landscaping packages.
- Monitoring quality, programme and health & safety on site.
- Coordinating inspections and ensuring works are completed to specification.
- Attending subcontractor meetings and reporting on progress.
- Maintaining accurate site records and supporting the successful delivery of project milestones.
Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on large RC frame residential developments.
- Experience overseeing external packages, including brickwork, roofing, landscaping and balconies.
- Good subcontractor management and communication skills.
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality, health & safety and programme.
