πŸ“ Cheshire

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager?

We're working with a national house builder and they're now looking to strengthen their site team with the appointment of an Assistant Site Manager. This is a genuinely hands-on role supporting the day to day running of a new build residential development, working closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors and the wider team to keep build quality, programme and safety on track.

You'll be joining a business known for strong build standards and a supportive site culture, with clear routes through to Site Manager level for the right person.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Supporting the management of subcontractors and trades across the development.
  • Monitoring build quality and ensuring works are completed to NHBC standards.
  • Assisting with health & safety compliance, inspections and site documentation.
  • Helping keep the build programme on track on a day to day basis.
  • Building strong working relationships with the site team, clients and subcontractors.
  • Supporting the Site Manager with reporting and site administration as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
