Mayfair, London | Super Prime Mixed Use Refurbishment & Fit Out
We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support delivery on one of London’s most prestigious cut and carve mixed use developments in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a unique opportunity to join a flagship super prime refurbishment and fit out scheme, supporting the successful delivery of a major CAT A and CAT B programme across a landmark mixed use asset.
The role will initially focus on the CAT A fit out phase through to September 2027, before progressing into the CAT B works through to practical completion in February 2028, offering excellent continuity and genuine scope for career development.
The Project
- 220,000+ sq ft mixed use development
- 50,000+ sq ft retail / 172,000 sq ft Grade A office space
- Major refurbishment with approximately 50% structural retention
- 75% of historic façades preserved
- Basement, ground and 10 upper floors with terraces and setbacks
- Targeting BREEAM Outstanding

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day to day delivery of a complex, high end fit out programme
- Assisting with the coordination and sequencing of subcontractors to maintain programme and quality standards
- Supporting site logistics, inductions and daily operational control
- Assisting with quality assurance processes, inspections and sign off in line with project requirements
- Supporting RAMS reviews and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Helping drive safe systems of work across site activities
- Supporting the wider site team in managing progress, resolving on site issues and maintaining reporting requirements

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working on commercial fit out, refurbishment or high end construction projects
- Strong understanding of site coordination and subcontractor management
- Exposure to quality assurance, RAMS and health & safety procedures
- Ambitious individual looking to develop within a complex, high profile project environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
