Are you an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step in your house building career?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading PLC House Builder for an exciting opportunity on a flagship 280-unit residential development in Heybridge, Essex. The Role
Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of this large-scale development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

- Assisting with the management of all on-site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on a daily basis
- Monitoring build programmes and maintaining site progress
- Managing health and safety across the development
- Conducting quality inspections and snagging
- Ensuring NHBC standards are achieved throughout construction
- Supporting customer care during handover stages
- Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
We are looking for someone with proven house building experience who is eager to progress their career with a respected developer.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume house building
- Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to drive production whilst maintaining quality standards
- Good understanding of NHBC requirements
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership potential

- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
