Assistant Site Manager Required In Central London
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment scheme in Central London, supporting an experienced Site Manager throughout the project.
Project Details
- Location: Central London
- Project: Refurbishment of an existing building to create 7 luxury apartments
- Project Value: £8m
- Programme: 70 weeks
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + package

Responsibilities Of The Assistant Site Manager
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the site
- Support the Site Manager in delivering the project safely, on time and to budget
- Monitor quality of workmanship across subcontractors
- Coordinate deliveries and site logistics
- Assist with maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Keep accurate site records and documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and the wider project team
- Help ensure the project is delivered to programme

Requirements For The Assistant Site Manager
- Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman
- Experience within refurbishment or residential projects is advantageous
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong communication skills
- Keen to develop and progress within a growing contractor
- Well organised and proactive
