If you are looking to work for a growing business who truly value and care for their employees, then look no further! Aureos are currently looking for a temporary Assistant Store Administrator to support with their Transmission Overhead Line projects working from the office in Carlisle. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity.

The successful candidate will support the project manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works are compliant with respect to project delivery, commercial applications and health & safety.

Duties

  • Create work packs
  • Collation of completion packs from previous week
  • Clock off completed works
  • Raising outage requests on UKPN System
  • Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests
  • Liaise with client & local authorities
  • Collation of Timesheets
  • Attend Project Meetings
  • Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required
  • Cross reference cost & sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team.
  • Various other ad hoc duties as required

Experience

  • Have very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excel
  • IT Literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.
