Hours: Full-time (including weekends and peak trading periods)
🌿✨ Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
Retail Animation
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and ensure guest care and attentiveness remain at the heart of the experience at all times
- Support a total guest satisfaction through meaningful welcome, thoughtful advice, attentive service, and overall well-being
- Minimise queue times by coordinating till availability and guiding guests to the most efficient checkout point
- Ensure the boutique is perfectly presented at all times: from commercial displays to product replenishment, organisation, cleanliness, and visual harmony – including window displays, tester stations, the workshop area, storage, and shared team spaces
- Manage stock with care and precision, ensure timely replenishment and aim for zero stock-outs
- Propose and implement guest-facing communication tools and boutique animations, as well as organisational tools to improve both the guest experience and internal efficiency
- Proactively suggest improvements across product, process, or technical areas and help coordinate and contribute to action plans that bring these to life
Team Management
- With your Manager, lead, organise, and energise the boutique team
- Continuously train the team on the Aroma-Zone concept, brand philosophy, product range, and customer care techniques, as well as health & safety and how to manage challenging situations
- With your Manager, help cultivate motivation, engagement, and high performance across the team
- Ensure all staff understand and follow internal processes and procedures
- In your Manager’s absence, manage team schedules, liaise with temporary staffing agencies and the People Team
- Also in the absence of the Boutique Manager, lead and support all teams including boutique, workshop (if present), tills and stock on a range of daily activities such as welcoming guests, advising, processing sales, running workshops in aromatherapy and homemade cosmetics, and ensuring stock is effectively replenished and maintained

Operations & Store Organisation
- Oversee daily store operations from open to close, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Monitor till activity, ensure bank deposits are correctly managed, and coordinate financial reporting with the Accounts Department
- Promote a safe and serene environment by anticipating risks and calmly handling any high-pressure or sensitive situations
- Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, functional, and regularly maintained
- Make sure the boutique environment truly reflects our brand universe – through its visual details, scent, lighting, and sound – and helps create an unforgettable experience for every guest
Performance Indicators
- Achievement of revenue targets
- Achievement of Average Basket and Star Product sales targets
- Achievement of customer identification targets and data quality
- Achievement of guest satisfaction targets (NPS score)
- Control of staffing costs
- Minimisation of known and unknown stock losses

Professional Knowledge
- Hold a qualification in Commerce/Retail
- Have proven experience in high-footfall retail environments
- Knowledge in beauty, cosmetics, and skincare
- Understand natural and organic products, essential oils, and related treatments
- Confident in commercial techniques such as welcoming, advising, selling, and guest retention
- Proficient in office software, point-of-sale systems, and familiar with performance metrics and reporting
- Experience in beauty, skincare or wellness is a bonus
- Speaking French is a bonus
Personal Qualities
- A true team player and recognised people leader with natural coordination, fairness, diplomacy, and a coaching mindset
- Great communicator who is approachable and available to both guests and teammates
- Thrives on the shop floor and deeply values service and sales impact
- Multitasker with energy, initiative, and a business-driven spirit focused on delivering results
- Good listener, able to identify guest needs and turn them into recommendations or solutions
- Stays calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure moments
- Detail-driven, visually sensitive, and fully aligned with the brand’s values and aesthetics – always putting the guest at the centre of every decision
