YOUR MISSION

  • Bring Wrangler to life through confident leadership, product passion and consistent brand standards.
  • Support the Store Manager in translating priorities into clear daily actions and measurable results.
  • Create an inclusive team culture where people feel accountable, recognised and motivated to grow.
  • Lead from the floor, staying close to customers, colleagues and commercial opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value, productivity and profitability through active floor leadership.
  • Coach colleagues through observation, regular feedback, clear goals and practical development plans.
  • Act as Manager on Duty and own people, service, operations and security when the Store Manager is absent.
  • Role-model confident customer service and resolve escalated situations fairly and professionally.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, performance conversations and succession planning.
  • Help align rotas, breaks and floor coverage with customer flow and business needs.
  • Oversee deliveries, replenishment, stock accuracy, cash controls and store administration.
  • Key holder responsibilities.
  • Execute visual merchandising, seasonal launches and promotional activity with pace and attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong health and safety, security, loss-prevention and compliance standards.
  • Use reporting, customer feedback and competitor insights to identify actions that improve performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or established Store Supervisor in fashion, lifestyle or branded retail.
  • A proven ability to motivate others and build capability.
  • Commercial confidence with sales reports, KPIs, stock and productivity.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
  • A hands-on, customer-focused leadership style.
  • Digital confidence with retail systems and reporting tools.
  • Flexibility to support weekends, peak periods and occasional travel.
  • Fluent English, any other language is a plus.
