Overview
Our client is an internationally recognised luxury fashion house celebrated for its heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary vision.
Based within Selfridges, you will support the Store Manager in leading the boutique's commercial performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and inspiring a high-performing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, client relationships, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Support the delivery of sales targets and key performance indicators across all product categories.
- Identify commercial opportunities to maximise boutique performance and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised service and proactive clienteling.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated luxury shopping experience.
Leadership & Team Development
- Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing boutique team.
- Motivate and inspire Client Advisors through regular coaching, performance feedback, and recognition.
- Deliver product knowledge and selling skills training to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Client Experience
- Ensure every client receives a seamless, personalised, and memorable luxury experience.
- Resolve client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Strengthen client loyalty through exceptional relationship management and follow-up.
Operations & Boutique Management
- Support the day-to-day operation of the boutique, including scheduling, reporting, payroll administration, and compliance.
- Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and collaboration between front and back of house.
- Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation consistently reflect the brand's luxury standards.
- Maintain operational excellence while adhering to company policies and Selfridges' operational requirements.
Brand Ambassador
- Represent the brand with professionalism, authenticity, and attention to detail.
- Champion the brand's values through every client interaction.
- Work closely with both internal teams and the Selfridges retail management team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Profile
- Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Manager within luxury retail or premium customer service.
- Proven success in driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
