Assistant Store Manager - Oakley®

Push Limits. Raise Standards. Be Who You Are.

Oakley is built for people who don’t stand still. Athletes, creators and challengers who perform under pressure and grow through it. In‑store, that mindset shows up through confident teams, high standards, and leaders who bring energy and belief to the floor every day.

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to take the next step. Someone who can lead by example, motivate others, and help turn daily moments into winning performances, for the team, the customer, and the brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead from the floor: be visible, active and hands on, setting the tone for service, pace and professionalism.
  • Support performance: help drive sales, conversion and KPIs by coaching behaviours and reinforcing what great looks like.
  • Coach and motivate: support the Store Manager in developing the team, giving clear feedback, encouragement and direction.
  • Bring the Oakley brand to life: tell the product story with confidence, champion launches and campaigns, and raise brand presence in-store.
  • Step up with confidence: act as the go‑to leader in the Store Manager’s absence, keeping standards high and teams focused.
  • Support operations: help with stock, visual standards, schedules and daily tasks, keeping the store sharp, compliant and ready.
  • Stay calm under pressure: contribute to a positive, solution‑focused environment during busy periods or challenges.
  • Create an inclusive culture: help build a team environment where everyone feels valued, supported and motivated to perform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
