Deputy Manager | Premium Luxury Retail
Bluewater £35,000 - £38,000 + Potential Monthly Bonus (£350 - £700)
Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring high-performing teams? We're recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a premium, highly respected retail brand at Bluewater. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small but exceptionally successful business with a strong culture, loyal customer base, and a genuine focus on people.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team of 10, including the direct management and development of two Team Leaders. You'll help create an engaging, service-driven environment where customers receive expert advice and support when making highly considered purchases.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Coaching, motivating and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
- Leading two Team Leaders to deliver consistently high performance
- Driving customer engagement and creating memorable luxury retail experiences
- Ensuring exceptional visual standards and attention to detail throughout the store
- Contributing to commercial performance and store profitability
- Leading by example with impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
What we're looking for:
- Experience in premium, luxury or service-focused retail management
- A natural people leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service
- High personal standards and exceptional attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

The rewards:
- £35,000 - £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
