This is not a traditional Assistant Store Manager role

At KIKO MILANO, our Assistant Store Managers are commercial leaders, people developers, and brand ambassadors. You are the driving force behind exceptional store performance, shaping culture on the shop floor, and translating strategy into daily action.

You partner closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, elevate the customer experience, and deliver sustainable commercial results. When the Store Manager is not present, you step autonomously into full leadership of the business.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

Commercial Leadership & Business Performance

  • Act as a true business partner to the Store Manager, owning store performance and contributing to the achievement of sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
  • Analyse performance trends (ATV, UPT, footfall/conversion, etc) and translate insights into clear, actionable plans.
  • Drive a results-focused culture by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
  • Support execution of commercial initiatives, launches, and promotions to maximise impact and customer engagement.

People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead from the front, inspiring and motivating teams through visible, energetic leadership on the shop floor.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, development conversations, and hands-on training.
  • Build strong succession plans and support internal progression to strengthen long-term store capability.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-trust environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
