Overview
Are you ready to embark on an exciting retail journey? Augustinus Bader is popping up in Bicester Village. Located in a brand-new space in the centre of the village. We are currently looking for a Store Manager to run our boutique in Bicester Village on a temporary contract from early September 2026 to end January 2027.
MISSION
As an Assistant Store Manager you will have an excellent sales record with impeccable grooming and communication skills. Responsible for delivering excellent customer service. With a friendly can-do approach. Achieve monthly sales goals and be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

ORGANISATION
- Reports to: Boutique Manager / National Sales Manager
- Job Location: Bicester Village
- Contract type: Temporary Contract 9 September 2026 – End January 2027
- Full time : 37.5 hours; 5 days per week over 7 fully flexible days
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales goals.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Complete the rota according to the needs of the business.
- Implement a strategic calendar of activity, planning and executing regular events.
- Checking deliveries, highlighting discrepancies immediately

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Sales Driven
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrate a record of sales ability.
- Customer service-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Numerical ability and to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proficiency English, more languages will be advantageous.
