Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations and team leadership. This position helps oversee sales performance, customer service standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure an engaging and efficient store environment.

The Assistant Store Manager collaborates closely with the Store Manager and wider retail team to drive store results and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Pandora’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams, including experience with performance feedback and day-to-day supervision.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and basic retail operations such as cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage diverse customers.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing priorities, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining operational standards.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of POS systems, retail software, and standard office applications.
- Previous experience in fashion, jewellery, or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Relevant vocational training or education in retail, business, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
