Assistant Manager
Location: 103 The Trafford Centre, M17 8EH Stretford, United Kingdom
Salary: From £32,000 to £34,000 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time

As an Assistant Manager you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, drive sales and always play as one team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team
- Lead by example to deliver excellence
- KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
- Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes
- Support with the smooth operational running of the store
- Embrace high standards of visual excellence
