We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our flagship store in London.

Carolina Bucci is an independent, family-run business, combining the standards of international luxury with the personal, collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller company.
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our London store and become part of a close-knit team where individuality, initiative and a hands-on approach are highly valued.
The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will support the daily running of the store while delivering an elevated and highly personalised client experience.
This is a varied role within a dynamic environment, suited to someone who is comfortable taking initiative, adapting to changing priorities and approaching unexpected situations with a positive and practical mindset.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a true brand ambassador, embodying the spirit and values of Carolina Bucci
- Delivering exceptional and personalised customer service
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
- Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store and the wider team
- Leading by example on the shop floor and supporting sales performance
- Handling customer enquiries with professionalism, discretion and empathy
- Assisting with reporting, administration, stock management and shipment coordination
- Overseeing deliveries, transfers and inventory processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation across the store and jewellery
- Taking ownership and finding practical solutions when new or unexpected situations arise
The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within fine jewellery, hospitality or fashion
- A strong understanding of luxury and exceptional client experience
- A warm, grounded and collaborative approach
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the confidence to use initiative
- The ability to remain positive and solution-focused when circumstances or priorities change
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, while being comfortable in an environment where there may not always be an established process or immediate answer
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The legal right to work in the UK
