Start Date: 01.08.2026

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving budget targets, with effective cost control.
  • Participate in monitoring store performance, understand key indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training the team to support their development and motivation.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team for high performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop future talent; we grow together!
  • Deliver and manage an exceptional customer experience by bringing waterdrop®'s brand values to life.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising across all areas.
  • Support inventory management, deliveries, and overall store organisation for efficient operations.
  • Plan and help organise in-store events and promotional activities to improve performance and engagement (prospecting and negotiation).
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the store team, with other departments, and with customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in promoting collaboration and consistency in store operations.
  • Manage time and priorities in the store effectively.
  • Ensure visits from the waterdrop® management team are always a positive experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the store.

What you bring:

  • Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in an environment focused on customer service, product presentation, and commercial management.
  • Understanding of the KPIs, targets, and performance of your store, and what can positively influence them.
  • Ability to accurately report sales figures and store performance to the management team.
  • Ability to manage and coach individuals and teams.
  • Experience recruiting and training a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Self-motivated and committed to maintaining standards and achieving results.
  • Ability to positively influence commercial and operational areas.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt your style to different situations.
  • Ability to deal with change effectively.
  • Effective delegation skills.
  • Open to self-improvement, development, and feedback to enhance personal, store, and team performance.
  • Resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle day-to-day challenges.
  • Demonstrated understanding of waterdrop®'s brand values: Product Excellence, Inspired Communities, Sustainable Lifestyle, and Personal Growth.
  • English-speaking; you have a level of proficiency that allows you to communicate easily with international stakeholders.
