As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our values to life and creating a culture where colleagues thrive and customers receive exceptional service.
Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll lead, coach and inspire your team, helping them deliver retail excellence every day. You'll support the success of the store by putting the customer at the heart of every decision, creating memorable experiences that make a real difference.
You'll help build a motivated, engaged and high-performing team, encouraging colleagues to enjoy what they do while developing their skills and achieving their full potential.

- Working in a fast-paced environment, not necessarily within retail.
- Leading, motivating and developing teams.
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Following processes and procedures with attention to detail.
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting colleague development.
- Working towards targets and contributing to business success.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Confidence using systems and following established processes.
- Experience working within key compliance frameworks, including Health & Safety, cash handling, FCA requirements, security, stock management, refunds and discounts.
