Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join and take the lead of our second MR MARVIS Store in London!

In this position, you're the Store Manager’s right hand. You're a motivating force within the team, help maintain the store’s presentation, and work alongside the Store Manager to achieve commercial goals. You're partially responsible for daily operations, stock management, and leading the team on the shop floor.

You actively help improve the customer experience and assist in organising events in-store. When the Store Manager is absent, you step in and take over their tasks as much as possible.

What’s on your typical to-do list:

  • Act as a proud brand ambassador for MR MARVIS, inspiring both the team and our customers;
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and appealing store environment, following our visual merchandising guidelines;
  • Co-own the staff scheduling and productivity planning responsibility;
  • Contribute to daily training sessions and the ongoing development and upskilling of the team;
  • Guide and motivate the store team with a positive, encouraging approach;
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets;
  • Monitor KPIs and actively contribute to improving store performance;
  • Assist with store inventory management and administrative tasks;
  • Support the organisation of store events and act as a welcoming host;
  • Take the lead in the Store Manager’s absence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
