JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Isabel MARANT store at Chelsea is looking for a new Assistant Store Manager.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the manager in organizing and managing the store
- Managing and leading a sales team.
- Ensuring that individual and collective targets are met and managing the team's organization on the sales floor.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a high-end image for sales, customer service, and customer loyalty.
- You will provide daily training for the sales team and new recruits.
- You will contribute to the development of sales figures and the achievement of monthly targets.
- You will analyze sales indicators and be responsible for product demand and restocking, as well as inventory management.
- You will ensure compliance with the visual concept imposed by management and the proper maintenance of the store (cleanliness, upkeep, tidiness, etc.).
- You will also be responsible for monitoring the storefront displays.
PROFILE
You have successful experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the luxury and fashion industry.

- Your enthusiasm for the brand will be a plus.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive, versatile, and highly organized.
- You have excellent sales skills and are CRM-oriented.
- You have a head for numbers and are proficient in KPIs.
