Missions & Responsibilities
Management & Operations:
- Ensure compliance with the Maison’s procedures and Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Promote the brand, its spirit and its values
- Ensure the brand’s image and identity are consistently upheld

Sales:
- Drive sales performance and key business KPIs
- Contribute to the profitability of the store
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Support the team’s development and conduct performance evaluations, with the objective of achieving Retail excellence
- Inspire and engage the team by embodying the Maison’s values and encouraging them to become true brand ambassadors
