Hush: Assistant Store Manager

Hush is an ambitious and distinctive fashion brand, with plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK's leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 140 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women's clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity, and a laidback sense of style. Despite the challenges facing the retail industry, Hush has continued to grow, and our company culture still reflects our entrepreneurial roots and relaxed aesthetic. We love hard-working, talented people with a can-do attitude and a passion for what they do.

About the Role

We're incredibly excited to be opening a brand-new Hush store in Harrogate, and we're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to help us bring it to life.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help create a store where customers feel inspired, the team feels supported, and commercial success follows naturally.

You'll be a visible leader on the shop floor, building genuine connections with customers, offering confident styling advice, and helping the team deliver the warm, personal experience Hush is known for.

You'll support the Store Manager in driving sales and store performance, using KPIs and customer insight to identify opportunities and keep the team focused on what matters most. From visual merchandising and stock management to rotas, operations, and maintaining brilliant store standards, you'll play a hands-on role in making sure the store runs smoothly every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
