What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team.
- Create a positive and engaging culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable experiences.
- Help drive store performance and business objectives.
- Lead from the front and role model great service.
- Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and high standards.
- Take ownership of the store when required.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
- Leadership experience as a supervisor, team leader, or assistant manager.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for exceptional customer service.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
- The ability to coach, support, and motivate others.
- Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
