Your Responsibilities

Customer experience is your priority: You represent BIRKENSTOCK’s values and product quality, inspire customers with your open personality and product expertise, and motivate colleagues by setting a professional example.

Foster a positive team culture: Collaborate with the Store Manager to create an appreciative and motivating workplace, where successes are celebrated, and continuous improvement is encouraged.

Administrative support: Assist with back-of-house tasks, team coaching, and provide growth opportunities for your colleagues.

Ensure commercial success: Monitor store performance, KPIs, and targets, ensuring high performance—including interventions to sustain growth.

Store development: Work with the Store Manager to elevate brand presence and continuously improve store offerings.

Supportive leadership: Be available to assist colleagues, act as a mentor, and solve challenges with problem-solving skills.
Your Experience & Qualifications

Retail expertise: Several years of professional experience in retail, with preferably some experience in store management.

Communication & motivation:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Empathy and openness toward all people
- Ability to inspire and lead teams with passion

Business acumen:

Technical & linguistic skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and common cash register systems
- Fluent Italian & English (Mandatory); additional languages are a plus
