Your Responsibilities

• The customer experience is your top priority: you convey the values and quality of our products, inspire with your open personality and product know-how, and motivate your colleagues by acting as a role model.
• Together with the Store Manager, you create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which big and small successes are celebrated together.
• You support with administrative tasks, coach and inspire the team, and give everyone the chance to continuously improve and develop.
• You always keep an eye on the commercial success of your store, the set targets, and the associated KPIs - and intervene to keep performance at the highest level.
• Together with the Store Manager, you will plan how you can continuously develop the store and increase our brand awareness.
• Your colleagues can count on you at any time because you will lend a hand where needed, always have an open ear, and find a solution for every challenge.
