You will join the Retail team and report to our Retail Director.

Responsabilities

STORE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

  • Comply with the procedures and strategy set by management
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience while following the sales steps
  • Manage the various service providers working in the store
  • Propose and implement commercial activations to exceed targets
  • Uphold and guarantee the brand image
  • Train and support the team (sales pitch, procedures, collections, materials…)
  • Ensure the highest standards for store appearance (VM, uniforms…)
  • Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the sales floor and staff areas

BUSINESS & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Track commercial and financial KPIs
  • Master the store’s P&L and stick to budgets
  • Proactively put action plans in place to hit and exceed targets
  • Handle bank deposits
  • Deliver a weekly report and define an action plan to optimize performance

PEOPLE & HR MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the team and adapt according to business needs
  • Ensure proper team organization to prevent under or overstaffing (leave approvals, temporary staff…)
  • Identify hiring needs and report them to HR
  • Conduct recruitment interviews, onboarding, and offboarding alongside HR
  • Submit payroll variables in line with company deadlines
  • Create and optimize staff schedules
  • Set up monthly check-ins with each team member and maintain tracking
  • Define team and individual goals
  • Conduct annual performance reviews within set deadlines
  • Step in and alert HR in case of behavioral issues

INVENTORY & STOCK CONTROL

  • Guarantee efficient stock management, delivery schedules, and smooth product rotation
  • Oversee cycle counts and rolling inventories
  • Ensure smooth operations of the in-store kiosk (click & collect, repair services, hot stamping…)
