Role Highlights

This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days feel the same. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of our busy indoor shop floor.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing stock replenishment and merchandising
  • Maintaining excellent shop-floor and safety standards
  • Supporting rota planning and daily team coordination
  • Motivating and supporting a team of retail assistants
