Role Description

The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time remote role supporting the overall management and performance of Snow Peak London’s retail operations.

This position assists the DTC Director in overseeing daily store activities, including monitoring sales targets, supporting merchandising standards, and coordinating online and remote customer interactions. The role focuses on driving excellent customer service and satisfaction, handling escalated customer issues, and ensuring that brand values are reflected in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, remote team members, and cross-functional partners.
  • Candidates should possess Store Management capabilities, including overseeing daily operations, inventory, and staff coordination.
  • Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness to help safeguard company assets and follow security procedures.
  • Experience in retail or outdoor goods environments, with a focus on sales and customer engagement, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, use retail and communication technologies, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle products or personal interest in camping, backpacking, or nature-focused activities is a plus.
