Are you ready to deliver the 'WOW' at Point of Sale?
As our Assistant Store Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of our brand new store at Westfield London. You'll be leading and inspiring the team to provide our customers with a high touch customer experience, sharing your passion for Neals Yard Remedies. You'll be super motivated to deliver on KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and create a positive culture for our team to thrive in.
You'll have previous experience of working as an Assistant Manager or be all set for the next exciting stage in your career. Your passion for beauty, skincare and wellness will be infectious, together with experience in delivering on commercial objectives through a customer first approach

What You'll Have
- A collaborative and positive approach
- Able to inspire the team to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confident and comfortable to demonstrate products, such as mini-facials and arm massages.
- A true people person with the natural ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good office skills, including Microsoft Office and basic numeracy skills.
- Flexible in approach to working hours.
