An exciting opportunity has come up for a commercially driven assistant store manager to join our premium womenswear team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who understands luxury and premium fashion, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing store environment.
The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, inspire and develop the team, and ensure every customer receives a genuinely elevated and personalised experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and commercial targets
- Leading, motivating and developing the retail team
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and clienteling
- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store standards
- Supporting stock management, deliveries and operational processes
- Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to maximise results
- Acting as a senior presence in the store and taking ownership in the Store Manager's absence

We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience within premium/high street womenswear or fashion retail
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for achieving results
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A polished, confident and customer-focused approach
- Experience developing and motivating a high-performing team
- The energy, initiative and resilience to thrive in a premium retail environment
