Hours & Working Pattern
- 35 hours per week (full time)
- Generally, Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work
- All team members must work flexibly on occasions to meet the needs of the Charity and the people we support
- Participate in organisational Tier 3 call rota (paid)
Accountable to: Support Services Manager
Accountable For
- Assisting the management of part of a portfolio of services, which will be reviewed periodically in line with funding requirements and organisational priorities.
- Current portfolio: Torfaen Refuge Support Services
- Line management of: Team Leader, Support Workers, Support Assistants

Purpose Of The Post
To assist in the management and service delivery of specialist, trauma-informed support to adults and families, who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse, harm and violence. Many individuals will be facing multiple and co-occurring needs which could include substance use, sexual exploitation, challenges around mental health and may require high levels of intensive support.

This role requires frequent travel for business purposes. A current valid driving licence, access to a car and insurance covering business use
