Position: Assistant Support Worker

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £25,506 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our friendly team at Kite House, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities. You will provide person-centred support to help residents live independently, including assisting with medication, appointments, daily living tasks and community activities.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and proactive, with a commitment to treating people with respect, working collaboratively, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

Shifts

  • 7am-3pm
  • 2pm-10pm
  • Sleep-ins as required (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).

About You

  • You are caring, reliable, and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
  • You value teamwork and inclusion, and you are happy to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

It is essential that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car.
