Position: Female Assistant Support Worker
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £20,982 per annum/£13.45 per hour
Hours: Part-time (30 hours per week)
Join our friendly team at Waterside, a supported living service for five adults, where you will help people live independently, achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives.
As an Assistant Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support that promotes choice, dignity and wellbeing. Whether supporting with personal care, developing daily living skills, encouraging community involvement or helping someone work towards their personal goals, you'll make a genuine difference every day. Working closely with colleagues, families and professionals, you'll help create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.

About You
You’ll be caring, reliable and motivated, with a genuine passion for supporting others. You'll enjoy building positive relationships, promoting independence and working as part of a team to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
- Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
- A full UK driving licence is essential
Working Pattern
- Two-week Rolling Rota
- 07:00 - 15:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
You must be able to work every other weekend and complete sleep-ins as required. Sleep-ins are paid at an enhanced rate of £52.78 per sleep-in.
