What You’ll Be Doing
As a Swim Assistant/Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in our Learn to Swim Scheme - one of the most rewarding areas of our organisation. You’ll:
- Support and inspire people of all ages
- Help build a community of confident, capable swimmers

- Deliver high-quality lessons in a fun and engaging way

Salary
- £25,530.70 (pro rata) / £13.23 (hourly)
Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
