WHO WE ARE
SRLV is a mid-tier firm of chartered accountants, business management specialists and corporate and private client advisors based in London’s vibrant West End. Founded in 1988, we have evolved into a £30m+ turnover business with 21 partners and 240+ staff supporting an enviable roster of A-list corporate and private clients worldwide.
From international restaurant groups and luxury retail to well-known names in music, entertainment and sport, our clients are inspiringly diverse and rewarding to work for. Their varied interests mean that teams often work collaboratively across our four divisions. This gives our people the freedom to work both individually and as one multi-specialist client team so we’re always learning, from intern right through to partner.
Founded on the principles of a family business, people are the beating heart of our business. Relationships of trust, whether with our staff, clients or professional network are the bedrock of what we do; people and relationships come first. We see everyone as individuals and aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported and free to be themselves. There is no single career path at SRLV. Our people succeed in different ways, at different stages of their careers. It is a nurturing culture where everyone is encouraged to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
