Purpose Of Role

To support under the direction of the Technical Project Manager (TPM) in the successful delivery of complex technical projects. With a key focus on Site Adoption, you will need to work with other Connected Kerb business functions, highlight any potential risk, and help to manage timelines and budget.

Success will be measured on how many sockets are adopted in 2026 and their reliability to support the business functions uptime targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on the plan set by the TPM, for the effective adoption and installation of charge points in line with agreed budgets and appropriate timescales.
  • Deliver on the Site Adoption programme you are set, including risk, change and equipment requirements.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to communicate on retrofit decisions made regarding non-complying adopting units.
  • Communicate to the TPM on any specific project forecasts based on updated programmes.
  • Develop scopes of work and preparation of project POs for issue to contractors.
  • Contribute to proactive and reactive maintenance services in the adoption network working closely with the Operations Managers.
  • Identify any changes to projects that could affect contractual obligations by communicating to the TPM.
  • Continuous improvement of process and procedures and applying appropriate project management standards for delivery of the programme.
  • Liaising with in-house teams, Contractors, and other Stakeholders.
  • Ensure procurement of goods and services to support in the delivery of your adoption programme.
  • Ensure your own continuous personal development and knowledge is up to date in line with requirements of the role.
  • Promote a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration, and flexibility in all aspects of the work.
  • Follow processes, procedures, and use the required systems to carry out the work. Ensure data is accurately recorded and processed in line with policy and procedures.
  • Ensure exemplary health and safety behaviors are carried out at all times, reporting on any safety issues to the TPM and raising near misses to the Health and Safety Manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
