This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting two senior leaders in a varied and fast-paced Personal Assistant role based in Mayfair.

Role Overview
No two days will be the same. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping senior stakeholders organised and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. From diary management and coordinating meetings to preparing board packs, taking minutes and liaising with high-profile clients, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and make a real impact.
This role would suit an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a proactive environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to two senior leaders.
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating attendees.
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations and supporting documentation.
- Attend meetings where required, taking accurate minutes and distributing action points.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders and third parties, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
- Organise meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases.
- Support routine administrative processes, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
- Provide general team support, including filing, document management, correspondence and other ad hoc administrative duties.
- Contribute to the smooth running of team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
- Strong diary management and coordination skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minute taking experience is advantageous.
- Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
