Assistant to Producers (Cover)

Subject to contract
Location: Pacesetter London Headquarters (Ealing), with occasional opportunities to work from home
Salary: £ TBC
Contract term: 2 months, full time with the potential to extend further.
Hours: 9am-6:30pm

Role Description

Pacesetter Productions is a writer-driven production company, with offices in London and LA, that makes television programs and feature films for the international market.

We are looking to employ a covering assistant to support two producers in a high-level administrative capacity. The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced self-starter, with proven skills in assisting an executive team in all areas including setting meetings with studios, talent and writers, communicating with agents, and coordinating with multiple production teams and calendars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements
  • Effective communication across multiple timezones among internal teams, external partners, and talent representatives
  • Administrative duties including file management, document preparation, and providing timely status updates across ongoing workstreams
  • Support ad hoc requests as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Liaising with colleagues in both UK and US teams to ensure everyone has correct materials for meetings
  • Booking travel and accommodation
