Assistant Trustee Executive
A leading pensions and professional services organisation is seeking an Assistant Trustee Executive to join its growing trustee services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a pensions background who is looking to move into a more governance and trustee secretarial focused role. Candidates from pension administration, projects, governance, or in-house pensions environments are encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting trustee boards and client teams
- Attending meetings and preparing minutes
- Coordinating agendas, meeting packs and action logs
- Managing governance and compliance activities
- Liaising with advisers and stakeholders
- Supporting member communications and reporting

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of pensions experience
- Must have an interest in trustee governance and client-facing work
- Proactive approach to learning & development
Previous trustee secretarial experience is not essential. Full support and training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their pensions career into a specialist governance role.
