AVP Enterprise Consulting Architect AI – Manufacturing - London
Job Overview
Infosys is seeking an experienced AVP - Manufacturing Consulting & Transformation to join our Strategic Technology Group (STG) and lead the Manufacturing vertical across the UK market.
This is not a Manufacturing Enterprise Architect role, not a pure Industry 4.0 Architect role, and not a delivery-focused Program Management role.
We are looking for a consulting-led manufacturing leader who can engage with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Manufacturing Directors, Plant Heads, and Digital Transformation Leaders to shape and drive large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor, helping manufacturing organizations define transformation strategies, modernize operations, accelerate digital manufacturing adoption, and build future-ready operating models while driving business growth and consulting-led engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Business Leadership
- Build, lead, and grow the Manufacturing Consulting & Transformation practice in the UK market.
- Develop and own strategic client relationships across manufacturing accounts.
- Drive consulting-led revenue growth and account expansion opportunities.
- Create manufacturing-focused offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market solutions.
- Support business development, presales, and strategic pursuits.
- Shape large-scale transformation opportunities and executive-level engagements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
