Delivery Head
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead and oversee strategic client engagements, large-scale technology programs, and global delivery operations. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a solid technical background to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple strategic accounts and programs.
- Own delivery governance, operational excellence, resource management, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, including C-level client engagement.
- Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and portfolio success.
- Lead geographically distributed delivery teams and offshore centers (Pakistan/Egypt/India)
- Open to travel to Pakistan and Egypt as and when needed for better coordination
- Establish effective governance, risk management, escalation management, and service delivery frameworks.
- Support business development activities, solutioning, and client growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop delivery managers, program managers, and technical leaders.

Required Experience
- 18-20 years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Technology Consulting leadership roles.
- Proven experience working within IT Services, Consulting, or Systems Integration organizations.
- Experience managing a revenue portfolio of USD 25-30M+ minimum.
- Strong experience leading complex technology and digital transformation engagements.
- Demonstrated success in managing large global delivery teams and multi-country programs.
- Must have experience working with offshore delivery centers.
- Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid technical or solution consulting background with the ability to engage in solution discussions and delivery strategy.
- Strong commercial, financial, governance, and risk management capabilities.

Preferred Industry Experience
- Experience across multiple industry sectors is highly desirable. Exposure to Retail + CPG, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), BFSI and Telco is preferred but not mandatory.
Travel Requirements
- Open to international travel as required.
- Must be willing to travel to offshore centers for client engagements, delivery governance, and team leadership activities.

- A commercially driven delivery leader with proven success in managing large client portfolios, leading global teams, driving business growth, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple industries and geographies.
