Web Fulfilment Assistant Warehouse Team Leader

We have an amazing opportunity for a Web Fulfilment Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to join Team OB in our Warehouse in Andover.

37.5 Hours

  • Sun (6:00am-14:00pm)
  • Mon (6:00am-14:00pm)
  • Tues (6:00am-14:00pm)
  • Weds (6:00am-14:00pm)
  • Thurs (6:00am-14:00pm)

We ask for some flexibility around peak periods and team holidays.

This is a Fixed Term Contract, starting at the beginning of August 2026

Our Warehouse is based at Unit 2, 40 Stephenson Close, East Portway Industrial Estate, Andover, SP10 3RU.

About the Role

As an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader at OB you will be responsible for supporting your Team Leader in a wide range of admin functions that underpin the Goods out operation. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating stock functions to support the work load, discrepancies, warehouse space and operations. You will also review and look after packing and dispatching, ensuring all orders are dispatched inline with SLAs and customer standards.

You will work in collaboration with your manager to motivate and inspire the Andover team to provide a smooth service for our customers. Monitoring the teams performance to ensure that KPIs are met in the Warehouse Managers absence.

More About the Role

As a Web Fulfilment Assistant Warehouse Team Leader, you will:

  • Monitor and check next day orders to ensure they are picked, packed and shipped on time for next day delivery
  • Check the daily work planner at the start of the shift to ensure all team members are working on the allocated task they have been assigned to.
  • Monitor C&C orders via pick lists to ensure they are in line with SLA's
  • Work with the Customer Services Team to ensure all standards are met and maintained through effective communication and any issues are dealt with
  • Ensure the incident and accident forms are completed when necessary and sent to Health and Safety team
  • Review/Understand picking process - Looking for new ways to improve processes
  • Ensure all emails /Teams messages are responded to accordingly related to Web/Store/Furniture etc
  • Ensure that the daily handover for the van and trailer are completed
  • Check all stock sent on the trailer and van is correct and cross checked - ensuring totes reflect correct store number
  • Ensure Stores are picked in line with the schedule
  • Ensure the handover between AM and PM is as detailed as possible
  • Prepare customer orders on to Pallets and liaise with courier shipment
  • Use business admin systems (Magento, Metapack & PV) to ensure that customer orders are managed within the agreed SLAs

What We Look For:

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with handheld terminals including Windows CE and Android devices
  • The role will require the use of Microsoft Office, in particular, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be physically fit as the role involves regular lifting
  • Focus on diligence and accuracy
  • Have a Forklift Licence/ Or willingness to be trained
