Role Description
The Entrepreneurship Trainee will support innovation initiatives within the women's health, focusing on developing and improving healthcare-related services for women, policies, and business models. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting market and stakeholder research
- Assisting with business case development
- Gathering and analyzing data
- Preparing presentations and reports for project leads
The trainee will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, better patient experiences, and sustainable service delivery, while learning about healthcare systems and entrepreneurial practices.

This is an internship role based on-site in London, providing hands-on exposure to our healthcare innovation projects and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, or healthcare management.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings clearly to different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, including clear writing and confident verbal interaction in professional settings.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and follow guidance.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Relevant academic background (e.g., business, economics, public health, management, or related fields) or equivalent experience is beneficial.
- Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
