Job Description
The Assistant/Associate Director, Research Systems will work closely with the Director, Research Services and the research administration team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university regulations and policies. This position will support research teams in the Division of Finance by providing expertise in research systems, including the administration of Penn's electronic systems for human and animal subjects research. This position will also assist with the review and approval of new and existing research projects, and coordinate with Penn's compliance teams to ensure research activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
