You’ll help leaders make better decisions by translating data, operational trends, and business challenges into actionable recommendations across the EMEA supply chain network. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced international environment.

This position is based in our London, UK office and follows our hybrid-flex schedule.

What Will You Be Doing?

Transport Operations & Planning

  • Coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, and transport providers to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the wider supply chain network.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound transport activities to support on-time deliveries to stores, e-commerce customers, and distribution centers.
  • Work closely with DC management to strengthen operational processes and help ensure service levels consistently meet supply chain and transportation goals.
  • Partner with EMEA teams, US Home Office Transportation, and Stores Operations to resolve transport claims, shipment exceptions, and delivery issues for stores and e-commerce customers.

Analysis, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Use data to identify trends, uncover root causes, measure performance, and recommend solutions that improve service, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • Support carrier claims management while reviewing freight costs, transit performance, delivery accuracy, and transport KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide analytical and operational support to help deliver timely, accurate, and cost-effective service across the EMEA network.
  • Track and analyze transport trends, service levels, freight spend, and delivery issues, translating findings into practical recommendations that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the rollout of transport and DC distribution strategies that improve service, enhance carrier performance, and support cost optimization.
  • Evaluate vendor and transport partner performance, including 3PL providers and customs-related partners where applicable, to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Look for opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and use emerging tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance visibility and decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
