Assistive Technology Care Coordinator
We are looking for an organised, practical, and confident Assistive Technology Care Coordinator to support the delivery of our assistive technology care services.
The role will mainly involve supporting clients and teams with Evondos medication-dispensing devices and Howz monitoring systems. You will help set up equipment, provide guidance, respond to queries, and check that each service is working correctly.
Pay Rates
£13.15ph
Hours
20 Hours per week
Responsibilities
- Set up and support Evondos and Howz systems.
- Visit clients to install, check, and maintain assistive technology.
- Explain how the equipment works to clients, families, and colleagues.
- Respond to queries and resolve straightforward issues.
- Keep accurate records and update the relevant systems.
- Work with office teams and external professionals.
- Attend emergency call-outs when required.
- Travel to client locations.

What We Are Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A practical and reliable approach.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- A caring and professional manner when supporting clients and families.
- Flexibility to work additional hours and attend emergency call-outs when required.
