The Role
As Assistant Manager you'll play a key role in leading the concession alongside the Concession Manager. You'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve commercial success, and bring the Aspinal brand to life every day.
Leading by example on the shop floor, you'll create an engaging, client-focused environment where every interaction feels personal, memorable, and distinctly Aspinal. You'll also support the day-to-day running of the concession, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Do
- Support the Concession Manager in driving sales, profitability, and business performance.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed commercial targets.
- Champion the Aspinal brand, ensuring every customer receives a luxury shopping experience that sets us apart.
- Motivate the team through hands-on leadership, feedback, and ongoing development.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Take ownership of the concession in the Manager's absence, ensuring the business continues to perform at the highest level.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Create an inclusive, collaborative, and positive working environment where the team can thrive.

About You
You'll be an experienced retail leader with a passion for luxury, client service, and developing people. Commercially minded and highly motivated, you'll be confident making decisions, leading by example, and inspiring those around you.
You'll have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within luxury or premium retail.
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive commercial performance.
- Outstanding customer service and clienteling skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for luxury retail.
- Confidence to deputise for the Concession Manager and lead the business when required.
