About the Role
You will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for conducting research and analysis, building market models, and developing insights that directly inform strategic decisions for our clients. The role will primarily focus on Pharma projects, but you will also have the opportunity to work across our other sectors and contribute to a range of projects.

What You’ll Do
- Work as an integral part of client project teams, supporting Engagement Managers and mentoring junior team members.
- Conduct research on clients’ organisations and industries, including through expert interviews, surveys, and deskbound research.
- Analyse complex datasets and develop actionable insights, turning research into clear recommendations for clients.
- Translate data and findings into compelling, client-ready presentations and deliverables.
- Take ownership of sections of workstreams or entire client decks, ensuring high-quality output.
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and test ideas to inform strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the professional growth of junior colleagues through guidance and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Biosciences or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience – including consulting roles at top-tier consulting firms (MBB, top strategy boutique, strategy division of Big 4) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets, build forecasting models, and create clear, actionable visualisations to support client and team decision-making.
- Proven experience in data collection and research, including secondary market research; primary research experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as GlobalData is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to review your own work and others’ work to deliver high-quality outputs that require minimal rework or editing.
- Experience taking initiative and working independently, while collaborating effectively with managers and team members; demonstrated ownership of workstreams, project components, or analytical tasks.
