About Candesic

Candesic is a leading specialist healthcare, pharma & life sciences and medtech management consulting firm. Our consulting services include strategy, vendor / commercial due diligence, digital and M&A/growth. We work with global private equity funds and other private investors, as well as their portfolio companies, healthcare corporates and public sector organisations such as the NHS. Since our foundation in 2002, we have completed over 800 consulting assignments across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Australia. Our professional team combines deep strategic, medical and scientific expertise, allowing us to deliver a unique value proposition to our clients: CEO level clarity with R&D level insight.

We are an entrepreneurial, growing firm where you’ll have early exposure to clients, direct impact on projects, and the opportunity to work alongside experts who are passionate about improving outcomes in healthcare.

About the Role

You will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for conducting research and analysis, building market models, and developing insights that directly inform strategic decisions for our clients. The role will primarily focus on Pharma projects, but you will also have the opportunity to work across our other sectors and contribute to a range of projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
