Join Orwins as an Associate in our commercial property team and get stuck into a busy, growing practice where your contribution will be felt from day one.

We do law differently – fast-paced, focused and built on doing excellent work for clients who rely on us. This is a role for someone who enjoys volume conveyancing, takes pride in running a caseload efficiently, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a team that is going places.

No politics, no hierarchy for the sake of it – just good lawyers doing good work together.

  • Running your own transactions from instruction to completion — sales, purchases and leases (Landlord and Tenant).
  • Working alongside a partner in a growing team, with clear support and a sensible approach to supervision.
  • Handling client communication, correspondence and file management to a consistently high standard.
  • Managing searches, exchange, completion and post-completion formalities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Being a reliable, committed and positive presence in a team that works hard and looks out for each other.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
