c. £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

Accomplished graduates with a first-class degree from a top university are sought to join a successful Board Advisory firm. You will have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, which will have been gained in corporate, professional services, consultancy, or similar. My client is looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals who have had significant exposure to working with senior decision makers from FTSE 500 companies.

You will be working on a real range of projects and topics, initially providing rigorous research and reporting to support consultancy projects, but having the opportunity to step up as quickly as you are able to progress. This is a small and growing advisory firm looking to recruit driven individuals ready to jump into a new challenge. This Research Associate role offers a high level of responsibility from the start and provides a foundation in understanding consulting and governance, investor relations, senior leadership and people and their careers. You will have the opportunity to work with clients internationally at the most senior level, uncovering clients’ most important issues through a variety of primary and secondary research methods. The ability to see the bigger picture, understand motivations, synthesise, frame and articulate findings in a compelling manner are all prerequisites.
